Accessibility Statement

ANUBHUTI BY PRADEEPA

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Anubhuti by Pradeepa is committed to making www.anubhutibypradeepa.com welcoming and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

We believe that art, meaningful gifts, creative experiences and information about our work should be available without unnecessary barriers. We are continuing to improve the accessibility and usability of our website as the site, product catalogue and services develop.

2. OUR ACCESSIBILITY GOAL

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably possible.

WCAG provides guidance for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with different access needs and assistive technologies.

We do not currently claim that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The website has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit, and some content or third-party functions may have limitations. We are treating accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time exercise.

3. ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES

As part of our ongoing accessibility work, we aim to:

- Use clear page titles and a logical heading structure;
- Keep navigation reasonably consistent across the website;
- Use readable text sizes and spacing;
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds;
- Avoid communicating important information through colour alone;
- Add meaningful alternative text to important product, artwork and content images;
- Mark purely decorative images appropriately where the platform allows;
- Use descriptive link and button labels;
- Support keyboard navigation where possible;
- Maintain a logical reading and focus order;
- Provide visible keyboard focus where supported;
- Label forms and identify required fields;
- Provide understandable error messages and instructions;
- Avoid unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content;
- Reduce or avoid motion that may create discomfort;
- Use plain language where practical;
- Make important policy and customer-service information available as text;
- Review desktop and mobile layouts for readability and usability; and
- Use Wix accessibility tools and manual checks to identify potential issues.

Because Anubhuti is a visual-art business, images are an important part of the website. We aim to describe the essential subject, colour, material, size or function of an image when that information is needed to understand a product or page.

4. USING THIS WEBSITE

The website is intended to support common browser and device accessibility features, including:

- Keyboard navigation;
- Browser zoom;
- Text resizing;
- Screen readers;
- Voice-control software;
- High-contrast or customised display settings; and
- Mobile accessibility features.

The experience may vary according to the browser, operating system, device, assistive technology and third-party component being used.

For the best experience, we recommend using a current version of a widely supported browser and keeping assistive software updated.

5. SHOPPING AND BOOKING SUPPORT

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from:

- Understanding a product description;
- Identifying product colours, size or materials;
- Using the shopping cart or checkout;
- Completing a custom-order enquiry;
- Booking a workshop;
- Reading a policy; or
- Contacting us through a form,

please contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

Where reasonably possible, we can provide assistance such as:

- A clearer written product description;
- Additional information about the colour, dimensions, texture or materials of an artwork;
- Help locating a product or workshop;
- An accessible text version of important information;
- Help completing an enquiry or discussing an order; or
- An alternative communication method.

For security reasons, we will not ask you to send full payment-card details through ordinary email, WhatsApp or social media.

6. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.

Known or potential limitations include:

- Some older product, gallery or blog images may have incomplete or insufficient alternative text;
- Highly detailed mandala artwork can be difficult to describe completely in a short text alternative;
- Some older pages may require improvements to heading order, colour contrast, link wording or mobile reading order;
- Older videos may not contain captions, transcripts or audio descriptions;
- Downloadable files created previously may not be fully optimised for screen readers;
- Dynamically loaded store content, filters, sorting, quick-view functions or checkout features may behave differently with some assistive technologies;
- Embedded social-media posts, maps, videos, Google or Meta reviews and other third-party content may have accessibility limitations outside our control; and
- Certain payment, shipping, booking or account functions are supplied through external services and may not offer the same accessibility experience as the rest of the website.

We are reviewing these areas gradually, giving priority to core navigation, product information, forms, checkout, policies and workshop-booking journeys.

If you encounter a limitation that is not listed here, please tell us. User feedback helps us identify practical barriers that automated checks may not detect.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PARTIAL CONFORMANCE

The website is built and hosted using Wix and may include Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, payment services, courier links, embedded reviews, social-media content and other third-party tools.

We do not control the underlying accessibility of every third-party service. As a result, pages or functions that depend substantially on external components may only partially conform to our accessibility goal.

Potentially affected areas include:

- Product catalogue and product pages;
- Cart and checkout;
- Account login;
- Workshop booking;
- Payment processing;
- Review widgets;
- Social-media embeds;
- Maps; and
- Externally hosted documents or videos.

We select and configure these services with accessibility in mind where options are available. We also welcome reports of specific barriers so that we can investigate available settings, provide an alternative or raise the issue with the relevant provider.

8. PHYSICAL WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

Anubhuti by Pradeepa may conduct adult workshops and events at different partner venues. Physical accessibility varies between venues and should not be assumed from this website statement.

If you are considering attending a workshop and have an access requirement, please contact us before booking or as early as possible afterwards.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

- Confirm available step-free access and venue facilities;
- Discuss seating or workspace requirements;
- Provide additional verbal or written instructions;
- Allow reasonable additional time where practical;
- Adapt materials or tools where reasonably possible; and
- Coordinate with the venue about an appropriate accommodation.

Some adjustments depend on venue facilities, safety requirements and advance notice. We will explain honestly if a requested adjustment cannot be provided and discuss possible alternatives.

9. FEEDBACK AND ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of www.anubhutibypradeepa.com.

If you experience a problem, please tell us:

- The page or feature you were trying to use;
- The nature of the difficulty;
- The device and browser you were using, if known;
- The assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
- The format or assistance that would help you.

You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or more personal information than is necessary to explain the barrier or requested assistance.

Please use “Accessibility Request” as the email subject where possible.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within three business days and to provide a response or progress update within ten business days. Complex issues or changes involving a third-party provider may require additional time.

10. ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

If information on the website is not accessible to you, contact us to request a reasonable alternative format.

Depending on the content and request, this may include:

- Plain text in an email;
- A simplified product description;
- A text transcript;
- Larger text;
- Information explained by telephone or WhatsApp; or
- Another practical format agreed with you.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information without additional charge. If a request requires substantial specialist production, we will discuss the available options before proceeding.

11. ASSESSMENT AND REVIEW

Accessibility is reviewed through a combination of:

- Wix accessibility tools;
- Manual page and content checks;
- Keyboard-navigation checks;
- Mobile and desktop review;
- Review of text alternatives, headings, forms and links; and
- Feedback received from website visitors.

Anubhuti by Pradeepa is responsible for maintaining and updating this statement.

We intend to review this statement when significant website changes are made and periodically as accessibility work progresses.

12. CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

This statement may be updated to reflect:

- Accessibility improvements;
- Newly identified limitations;
- Changes to website features or third-party services;
- Feedback received from visitors; or
- Changes in applicable standards or guidance.

The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
