Shipping Policy

Effective date: 15 September 2026
Last updated: 15 September 2026

At Anubhuti by Pradeepa, every order is prepared and packed with care. Many of our products are painted by hand, made in small batches or created especially for the customer. This means processing times may vary according to the type of product ordered.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders within India and internationally.

1. Shipping origin

All physical orders are prepared and dispatched from Gujarat, India, unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation.

Our contact details are:

Anubhuti by Pradeepa
Email: anubhuti.by.pradeepa@gmail.com
Telephone/WhatsApp: +91 9662668048
Website: www.anubhutibypradeepa.com

2. Where we deliver

We ship throughout India and to selected international destinations supported at checkout.

International delivery availability may depend on:

  • The destination country

  • Courier service availability

  • Product dimensions and weight

  • Import restrictions

  • The materials used in the product

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide a shipping quotation where appropriate.

Placing an order does not guarantee delivery to a destination that is restricted by law, customs regulations or courier policy.

3. Processing times

Processing time is the time required to prepare, finish, inspect and pack an order before it is handed to the courier. It is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

Unless a different timeframe appears on the product page or order confirmation, our usual processing times are:

Ready-to-ship products

Usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order products

Usually dispatched within 7–15 business days after payment is confirmed.

Personalised and commissioned artwork

The production period will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, production may take approximately 2–6 weeks.

The production period begins after:

  • The required payment or deposit is received;

  • The complete design brief is provided; and

  • Any required sketch, wording or design proof is approved.

Delays in customer approval or providing personalisation details will extend the estimated completion date.

Bulk and corporate orders

Processing times for bulk, return-gift and corporate orders are agreed separately according to quantity, materials, personalisation and deadline.

Business days

Business days generally mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in India.

During exhibitions, festive periods, major promotions or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer. If a substantial delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include production or processing time.

Our usual estimated transit times are:

  • Within India: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • International destinations: approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

International orders can take longer because of customs processing, local courier operations, security checks, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before purchasing. We will advise whether the requested timeline appears achievable, but a date is guaranteed only where we expressly confirm a guaranteed service in writing.

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are generally calculated according to:

  • Delivery destination

  • Total packed weight

  • Parcel dimensions

  • Product type

  • Available courier service

The applicable charge will normally be displayed at checkout before payment.

For oversized artwork, fragile pieces, corporate orders or destinations not supported by the automated checkout, we may provide a separate shipping quotation.

If the website applies an incorrect shipping charge because of a technical or product-weight error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may either approve the corrected charge or cancel the affected order for a refund.

6. Packaging

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed according to their material, size and fragility.

Fragile products may be protected using multiple layers of wrapping, boxes, cushioning or other suitable packaging. Where practical, we aim to avoid unnecessary packaging while ensuring that handmade work is adequately protected.

Please retain the original product and packaging if an item arrives damaged, as the courier may require them during an investigation.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied with the order.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours after dispatch to update in the courier’s system.

Some economy, postal or remote-area services may provide limited tracking. Any known limitation will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and responding promptly to courier or customs communications.

8. Correct delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • House, building or flat number

  • Street and locality

  • City and state

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Working telephone number

  • Any additional information reasonably required for international delivery

Please review this information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.

Anubhuti by Pradeepa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information. Additional courier charges may apply if a parcel must be redirected, returned or dispatched again.

9. International customs, taxes and import charges

International orders are dispatched from India and may be subject to:

  • Import VAT or sales tax

  • Customs duty

  • Brokerage charges

  • Courier clearance fees

  • Local handling or administrative charges

  • Other destination-country fees

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

The recipient may be treated as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with the destination country’s import requirements.

Customs authorities or couriers may contact the recipient for identification, tax details, payment or additional documentation. Failure to respond may delay the parcel or cause it to be returned.

Customs charges are determined by government authorities and courier companies. They are not controlled, collected or received by Anubhuti by Pradeepa, unless expressly shown at checkout.

We cannot predict the amount of these charges. Customers should consult their local customs authority before purchasing if they require an estimate.

10. Customs declarations

All international orders will be declared accurately according to applicable export and customs requirements.

We cannot:

  • Mark a commercial order as a gift;

  • Declare a false product value;

  • Change the product description to avoid duties; or

  • Provide inaccurate customs information.

Requests to understate value or provide a false declaration will be declined.

11. Customs and courier delays

International delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs.

A parcel may be delayed because of:

  • Customs inspection

  • Import-document verification

  • Payment of duties or taxes

  • Destination-country restrictions

  • Courier backlogs

  • Security screening

  • Public holidays

  • Local delivery disruption

A customs or courier delay does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost.

We will provide available tracking information and reasonable assistance, but we cannot control customs decisions or guarantee how quickly a government authority or courier will release a parcel.

12. Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels

The courier may make one or more delivery attempts or ask the recipient to collect the parcel from a local facility.

If delivery fails, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier promptly and arranging redelivery or collection.

A parcel may be returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Failure to respond to the courier

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to complete customs requirements

  • Non-payment of import duties or local charges

If the parcel is safely returned, we will contact the customer.

Where permitted by applicable law, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs expenses and other unrecoverable charges. Personalised and made-to-order products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

If the customer requests redelivery, the customer may be required to pay the new shipping charge before the parcel is dispatched again.

13. Delayed orders

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before reporting an order as delayed.

If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact us with your order number.

We may need to open an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations, particularly for international parcels, can take time to complete.

We will provide reasonable assistance and keep you informed of material updates. A refund or replacement for a potentially lost parcel will normally be considered after the courier investigation or applicable waiting period, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

14. Lost parcels

A parcel is not treated as lost merely because it has been delayed.

If the courier confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will assess the appropriate remedy. Depending on product availability, the customer’s preference and applicable law, this may include:

  • A replacement;

  • Recreating the product where reasonably possible;

  • Store credit, if accepted by the customer; or

  • A refund.

One-of-a-kind artwork may not be capable of exact replacement. If we recreate a handmade product, minor variations will naturally occur.

A claim may be declined if tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer, unless there is credible evidence of misdelivery or another courier error.

15. Damaged parcels or products

Please inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at anubhuti.by.pradeepa@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • An opening or unboxing video, if available

An opening video is strongly encouraged because it can help us establish when the damage occurred and support a courier claim. However, not having a video does not automatically remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we confirm whether it is required for inspection, return or a courier claim.

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

16. Incorrect or incomplete orders

If you receive the wrong product or part of your order is missing, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the delivered items and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate correction without charging you additional standard shipping costs.

17. Multiple and partial shipments

Orders containing products with different production times may be dispatched together when every item is ready.

In some circumstances, we may divide an order into multiple parcels to:

  • Protect fragile products;

  • Meet courier size or weight limits;

  • Dispatch available items sooner; or

  • Fulfil products from different production locations.

If we choose to divide an order after checkout, you will not normally be charged additional shipping unless a different arrangement has been agreed with you.

Multiple parcels may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.

18. Returns and return shipping

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

www.anubhutibypradeepa.com/english-refund-policy

Before returning a product, contact us and wait for return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or may experience processing delays.

Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and safe packaging, provided this is permitted by applicable law.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will meet return-shipping obligations required by applicable law.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

International return shipments may incur customs or re-import charges. Please follow the return instructions carefully and do not send a parcel marked as a new commercial sale.

19. Risk during delivery

For consumer orders, responsibility for the product normally passes to the customer when the product is delivered into the customer’s physical possession or to a person identified by the customer, subject to applicable law.

If a customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass when the order is handed to that carrier, where permitted by law.

20. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Fire or flood

  • Epidemics

  • War or civil disturbance

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs action

  • Transport disruption

  • Strikes

  • Power or network failure

  • Courier suspension

  • Closure of ports, airports or roads

We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate significant delays.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Policy changes

We may update this Shipping Policy when our services, courier arrangements, delivery regions or legal obligations change.

The version applying to an order will normally be the version available when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
